The park offers 2 self-guided nature trails, 30 hiking trails, 15 mountain bike trails, 23 cross-country ski trails, nature center and a naturalist program. Swimming, canoeing, fishing, backpacking, camping and bird watching are favorite activities.
The park offers handicap accessible picnic and camping areas.
