Sister Bay is located in Door County between Sturgeon Bay and Ellison Bay at the junction of Highways 42 & 57 near Bailey's Harbor, Ephraim, and Fish Creek. Today Sister Bay operates a marina and the northern branch of the Door County Library. The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 778, an increase of 103 since 1990.
