Wisconsin Dells

Wisconsin Dells is in Wisconsin's Heartland, in the middle of the southern half of Wisconsin in Columbia County between Portage and Mauston along Highway 16 on the banks of the Wisconsin River near Reedsburg, Baraboo, Rock Arbor State Park, and the Cascade Mountain Ski Area.

The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 2,476, an increase of 78 since 1990.
