Located between Hayward and Cable, Forest Moon Bed and Breakfast is a log home that offers a mini-lodge. The mini-lodge features four rooms (Bear Room, Cowboy, Moose, and Wolf Room). They are a no smoking, no pets and no children establishment. Each room has a queen size bed, vaulted ceilings and log walls.

The Moose Room and Wolf Room have a private bath with antique claw-foot tubs and riser showers.

The bed and breakfast has a two story natural stone fireplaces in the living room. A full breakfast is served every morning.

Restaurants and shops are nearby. Activities include bird watching, cross-country skiing, boating, fishing, kayaking, tubing, biking, golfing and snowmobiling.
