Milford Haven is a seaport in Wales, 70 miles west of Swansea in Pembrokeshire. It is located on the north shore of Milford Haven, a landlocked arm of the sea which extends inland for 17 miles and is the most completely sheltered harbor in Great Britain.
Henry II set sail from Milford Haven for the conquest of Ireland. Henry VII landed on its shores before the Battle of Bosworth Field.
