The restaurant serves seafood from markets on the Eastern Shores. Some of the specialties include fresh moonlight mushrooms stuffed with Maryland crab meat, freshly shucked select oysters on the half shell, hearty clam chowder simmered with plenty of clams, potatoes and vegetables, rainbow trout stuffed with fresh crab meat dressing, breaded and deep-fried, served with spicy cocktail sauce or tartar sauce, and Jumbo shrimp, lightly dusted in fine bread crumbs, sauteed in garlic butter and served over garden rice.
