Blennerhassett Museum |
Located in downtown Parkersburg at 2nd and Juliana Streets, the Blennerhassett Museum of Regional History is an ideal beginning for your tour of the park. It features a video about the Blennerhassetts and the history of the island, as well as displays of artifacts and tools dating to the island's ancient residents. Visitors to the museum may also trace the history through exhibits of 18th-, 19th-, and 20th- century relics. Open year-round,the museum requires a separate admission ticket from the island.
