The Craik-Patton House |
Built in 1834 by James Craik and later purchased by George Smith Patton, a Confederate colonel and grandfather of World War II General George S Patton. The restored house, which was moved from its original location on Virginia Street, is furnished true to mid-19th century style. Landscaped grounds feature herb and boxwood gardens.
Open through the months of April to October, Thursday-Sunday from 1-4pm, closed major holidays.
