Bighorn Scenic Byway

This highway, also called Hwy 14, connects Sheridan and its surrounding communities with Greybull. It offers 45 miles of scenic mountain driving. There are many roadside turnouts where one can look out over massive valleys that, on a clear day, can extend forever. Interesting stops along the way include Shell Falls, Burgess Junction Visitor Center and Sand Turn. Also accessible via the Bighorn Scenic Byway are attractions like the Medicine Wheel and Medicine Bow Mountains, as well as the Bighorn National Forest and Granite Pass.
