Rawhide Motel is situated just across the street from the Niobrara County Fairgrounds, home of the Rawhide Pageant and Senior Pro Rodeo. Accommodations feature clean, comfortable rooms with air conditioning and color cable TV. The main attraction is the Rawhide Pageant. Each summer during the second week of July, local volunteers stage an annual, gigantic outdoor show of Western history, including a cast of 500, 12 to 15 covered wagons, cavalry in uniform and a band of Indians.
