Devil's Tower National Monument and is located northwest of
Sundance on Highway 44.
Wyoming's license plates with their distinctive cowboy on a bucking horse logo and depiction of Devils Tower were voted the best in the United States in the 2000 "Best License Plate" competition sponsored by the Automobile License Plate Collectors Association. Wyoming's cowboy and bucking bronco have appeared on its license plates every year since 1936, making it the oldest license plate graphic design in continuous use.
