The Body Sage Day Spa is located inside the Rusty Parrot Lodge. It offers natural spa therapies to nurture body, mind, and spirit. Individual and package treatments are created to address the unique needs of those who live, visit, and play in the high mountain environment. The therapists practice Swedish, deep tissue and sports massage, which they integrate with specialties in reflexology, myofascial release, polarity, Shiatsu, Russian sports massage and injury and rehabilitation work.
