Wind River

The Wind River flows from the North Fork in the Shoshone National Forest in Park County south to Fremont County and through the Wind River Indian Reservation. From there it flows through Riverton where it joins the Bighorn River south of the town. The river has many tributaries and creeks flowing from and into it, including Bear Creek, East Fork, Crow Creek, Dry Creek, and Bull Lake Creek, many of them reaching into the Shoshone National Forest.
