In 1979 Beth and Don Lawson donated their 500 lamps to the Village of Donalda with the understanding that the village would construct a building to house their collection. The museum now has over 850 lamps, ranging from antique bicycle varieties to colorful living room types. More than 40 courting lamps are on display as well.
