Portage Glacier is located along the western side of Prince William Sound. Often, small icebergs wash up near
Begich-Boggs Visitor Center. Portage Glacier can be seen from a lake vessel which tours Portage Lake in the summer, and also from a viewpoint on the access road to
Whittier.
