The Garrett Elementary School develops skills in reading, writing, speaking and listening through a challenging curriculum. It also helps students to understand the changes that take place in the world. Classes for kindergarten to 6th grade are offered. Counseling, music, speech, reading, and physical education are integrated with the curriculum of core subjects. It has a library and computer lab. An Accelerated Reading program is available. Opportunities for extra curricular activities are provided.
