Bentonville is located in
Benton County (of which it is the county seat) north of
Springdale between
Bella Vista and Vaughn Cave Springs along Highway 72 on the banks of the
White River near the Missouri boarder.
Bentonville is part of the Fayetteville-Springdale-Rogers, Arkansas metro area.
Bentonville maintains nine public parks, one acquatic center, 19 baseball and softball fields, six soccer fields and a recreation center which houses two basketball courts and a weight room.
