Betty's Kitchen is a day-use-only wildlife interpretive area situated along the Colorado River
, just upstream of Laguna Dam. The site's heavy vegetation and plentiful access to water attracts herons, songbirds, waterfowl, and egrets.
The visitor facilities include a parking area, shaded picnic tables, a small outdoor classroom, ramadas, fishing pier, and a fully-accessible .5-mile interpretive trail.
