This living history of the forest industry encompasses 100 acres of forest and meadows adjacent to Somenos Lake. Open May to September, the museum is complete with logging camp, heavy machinery, working planer and sawmills, and a blacksmith's shop. Visitors may also ride a steam train across the spindly wooden trestle over the lake.
