The park is situated approximately 12 km north of the community of Woss on northeastern Vancouver Island. The park provides protected habitat for elk and deer and is a popular destination for sport fishing.

The park is adjacent to a well maintained gravel road connecting Tsitika River and Highway 19 at Woss. There are no facilities at the park.
