Dutch's Campground

Comments: I was so unimpressed with Dutches campground. The facilities were old, run down and not terribly clean. The sites were so small we couldn't put our awning out without encroaching on the people next to us. The rates are way overpriced for what it is and they don't tell you that there are no firepits and the showers are coin operated. We will never go back.

Comments: We stayed here aftera horrible experience at another campground. This was a much better improvement, although it was quite loud one night and we had to call the campground at 1am to get them to enforce "quiet" time. They also don't close the gates after quiet time so we had to listen to people driving in and out all night - late nighters partying. All in all, it was much better than the other campground we stayed at, the bathrooms are much cleaner, as the showers, and the beach is really nice.

Comments: We had a horrible time at Dutch's. We made a reservation and they acknowledged it and received our payment. 1/2 hr. after we set up, without provocation, they forced us to leave because they were overbooked and the people who had just arrived were there for longer than us. They did not offer to help us find another site, nor place. They even argued about refunding our credit card. POOR, POOR customer service.
