East of
Osoyoos near scenic Rock Creek Canyon, the park is fairly heavily forested with Douglas fir mixed with pine and aspen. A picturesque waterfall is found on Johnstone Creek near its confluence with
Rock Creek.
The park is open approximately April to October. There are 16 campsites and fees are charged but no reservations are taken.
