Open April to October 15, the park is located 2 km/1 mi west of
Balfour on
Kootenay Lake. Full hook ups are available on grassed lakeside sites, as well as pull throughs. There are free showers, firepits, a shaded playground, swimming, and other recreation. You can rent boats and trailers and a cement boat launch is provided. Pets are allowed on leash.
