Located along Highway 7, southeast of Vancouver, Port Coquitlam is one of the Tri-Cities. Here you can walk the Poco Trail along the Pitt and Coquitlam Rivers, see the nesting grounds of waterfowl, and pass logbooms and mills. On the west side of the Coquitlam River you can fish for steelhead and cutthroat. The Tri-Cities are historically linked to the Fraser River and the Canadian Pacific Railway.There are more than a dozen Cities in Metropolitan Vancouver BC.
