Mary Loftsgaard has been the bakeries manager and lead baker for many years providing the cooking inspiration and heart of Bruce Bread Bakery. She has taken over ownership along with her daughter Marissa and continues to produce a unique and delectable assortment of bakery products guaranteed to please the palate. Available to the general public as well as through specialty markets her product selection continues to improve and expand. As more venders and customers become aware of the delicious taste and healthy nature of the products it's no wonder that her business continues to blossom.
