Many students seek admission to Cal Poly not only because of its excellent academic reputation but also because of the 6,000 acre campus, nestled into the foothills of San Luis Obispo, just minutes from Californias Central Coast beaches.

Campus tours are available and leave Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10:10am and 2:10pm; except major holidays. Tours last approximately 1 1/2 hours and include a walking tour of the 400 acre core campus. A group of current Cal Poly students called 'Poly Reps' lead the tours and give a student perspective of their university.
