The Catalina Island Museum explores over 7000 years of Island history including Native Americans, the Spanish discovery, ranching and mining, military occupation, maritime history, sports and recreation, and Hollywood filmmaking. The museum highlights Native American artifacts, pottery and tile, photos and much more. There is a museum store with souvenirs of Catalina and California to take home to loved ones.
