Horizon Outlet Center is open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m., and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Horizon Outlet Center is closed on Easter Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
