Paul's Creekside Grill is a California bistro-style restaurant, with an extensive wine list and a bar. It is located at the Inn at Silver Creek, adjacent to the Sol Vista Golf and Ski Resort. PCG'S is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the summer season and open for breakfast and dinner during the winter season. They offer full banquet and catering services with a variety of banquet menus to fit any event such as weddings, corporate conferences, seminars, family reunions, as well as off premise events. The menu includes breakfast buffet of Belgium waffles, scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fresh muffins, yogurt, and fresh fruit, soups and salads, burgers and favorites, entrees, specials, and lighter fare.
