Artworks Gallery, Inc. is the oldest nonprofit artists' cooperative in the Hartford area and is dedicated to assisting member and nonmember artists, promoting art and benefiting the Greater Hartford area. Art events include free educational programs, poetry/lecture series, critical reviews for members and associates, youth workshops, thirteen exhibitions yearly, gallery talks, receptions, musical events and many other offerings. Over 8,000 visitors attend the gallery annually.
