Located on Pulaski Circle, in the southeast corner of Bushnell Park, the gallery was built in 1947 by the Army Corps of Engineers using stones from razed bridges. The gallery is quaintly Tudor like an English cottage, yet functions as pump house--part of the Flood Control Project--and an art gallery, featuring exhibits by area artists. It is the only public gallery in a municipal park in Connecticut. Hours: Tues-Fri, 11am-2 pm.
