The Leeds City Art Gallery is one of the largest collections of visual arts in the north. It is home to a nationally-designated fine art collection, featuring works from the early-19th to the late-20th centuries. Among the highlights are a fine collection of English watercolours; Victorian academic and Pre-Raphaelite painting; late-19th century French pictures; as a large collection of modern sculpture.
