( Email: Museum Info The Children's Museum of the Highlands provides a safe area for children ages 1-12 to learn and explore. Through exhibits and ongoing programs, the museum provides ways for children to enhance their curiosity, develop their imagination, and learn about a variety of experiences while having a great time with interactive exhibits that include the WKID TV Station, Grocery Store, Dress Up & Puppets, Boats of Fun, Science Area, Computers, Face Painting, Doctor's Office and more. The Museum is a wonderful destination for a wide variety of ages, offering parents and grandparents a place for quality playtime, as well as a favorite site for school field trips. Programs include Kids Night Out, Thrifty Thursdays, Birthday Parties and summer drop-in classes. Closed Sundays & Mondays; children must be accompanied to the museum by an adult.
