Built in 962 upon the Bishop of Le Puy s return from Santiago de Compostela, this chapel sits precariously atop an 82-meter-high lava pinnacle on the NW border of the town. A 10-minute walk from the nearby cathedral, the chapel s entrance lies at the top of its 265 rocky steps.
