Located on the second floor of the
Halekulani Hotel, this is considered by many to be the ultimate restaurant in Hawaii. Nouvelle French cuisine is served in formal dining, with men required to wear jackets (loaners available).
Dinners are fixed-price and include appetizers such as tartare of ahi with caviar or grilled lobster salad with hearts of palm. Entrees include such favorites as squab with foie gras, bouillabaisse and filet mignon.
Dinner is served nightly from 6 to 10pm.
