3600 On the Rise Restaurant

This trendy fine dining spot has a loyal following in spite of its location three miles northeast of Waikiki. Their "Euro-Island" cuisine blends continental and island flavors. There are entrees like Hawaiian-style seafood steamed in ti leaves; or roast duck in mango salsa and black Angus garlic steak.

Hours are 5:30 to 9pm daily except Monday, when they are closed. They stay open til 10pm on weekends. Reservations are suggested.
