This complex on the corner of Ala Moana Blvd and Punchbowl St has a number of restaurants that cater mainly to the downtown business community in the daytime. There is a Burger King, a bakery, pizzeria, ice cream shop and several restaurants.

These include Jamaican Bar & Grill, Island Salsa, Payao, Ruth's Chris Steak House, and Sunset Grill. Restaurant Row Cinemas is also located here.
