This very competitive university was founded in 1891 as a private institution offering degree programs in the liberal arts and education. The 43 acre campus is in a small town 25 miles west of
Boise. Including residence halls, there are 21 buildings.
Very active fraternities, sororities and over 40 clubs and organizations are on campus. Tours are available through the admissions office.
