Boise Basque Museum and Cultural Center

The Basqeu Museum & Cultural Center interprets the history of the Basques in Idaho and their old-world origins. Included are exhibits, classrooms, archives, library, and gift shop. The 1864 Cyrus Jacobs-Uberuaga house, the city's oldest brick bu ilding, for many years a Basque boarding house, is adjacent to the main facility. Hours: Tuesday-Friday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday 11 a.m to 3 p.m. Closed Sunday, Monday & holidays. There is no admission but donations are greatly appreciated.
