Canyon County Historical Museum

The museum, located in a restored 1903 Union Pacific Railroad depot, depicts the region's history.We feature Canyon County History, with changing exhibits.

They have a model railroad layout, a caboose, and a steam crane on site, as well as a circa 1900 kitchen, a mini-theater where historic movies can be viewed, and a separate building that houses our larger items, such as farm equipment, electric perm machine, medical equipment, printing presses, etc.

Regular hours are Tuesday-Saturday, 1:00 to 5:00. Guided tours are available with two weeks advance notice.
