McCall Idaho |
At the southern end of Payette Lake in Valley County, McCall is a year-round recreational resort town.
The arrival of the Idaho Northern Pacific Railroad in 1914 allowed the residents of Boise Valley easy access to the mountains. In the 1920s, the State Land Board began leasing vacation homesites along the lake.
The town is now world-famous.
