The Ponderosa Restaurant and Brass Rail Lounge is located on the Lewis and Clark trail. Breakfast is served with golden hash browns, toast or homemade biscuit, and jam. The full meal at lunch includes Ponderosa's famous chicken fried steak, hamburger steak, and chicken strips.
The dinner menu consists of prime rib, seafood fettuccini, vegetable fettuccini, Ponderosa special steak, petite sirloin steak, fried oysters, chicken cordon bleu, chicken Florentine, broasted chicken, steak and prawns, and desserts. Cocktails are available at the Brass Rail.
