Chenoa is located in central Illinois in north central
McLean County about 20 miles northeast of
Normal along U.S. Highway 24 near
Lake Bloomington. The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 1,735, an increase of 3 since 1990.
As an historical footnote, Chenoa lies along Route 66.
