You would think that "America's RV Dealer of the Year" would be some palatial structure spanning an Interstate and bristling with all sorts of high tech selling systems. Not exactly so with Crystal Valley RVthe "palace" is actually a large log cabin on 10 acres set in the gently rolling hills of northern Illinois. The "Interstate" is really Route 14 that has a stoplight in front of the dealership. Their service department has Master Certified technicians among the ranks. They currently have a 98.4% CSI (approval) rating according to Customer Service Intelligence, an independent company they contract with to survey their customers.
