This is one of the finest art museums in the entire region where works of the great American masters are displayed. The museum also features a children's gallery, sculpture park, nature trail and Braille Trail.
The museum is named for John R. and Eleanor R. Mitchell, lifelong residents of South Region who have maintained the museum and many other art and nature programs for over 20 years. Cedarhurst is the leading cultural institution in the region.
