Nettle Creek is a public 18-hole, par 71, 6,500-yard course located in northeastern Illinois in northern
Grundy County. It has been ranked among the top 35 courses in the Chicagoland area and sports a new clubhouse. The Gables Bar & Grill is located on the second floor where a veranda overlooks the course.
The men's Blue tees are rated at 70.3 with a slope of 117 while the White tees are 6,100 yards long and are rated at 69.1 with a 114 slope. The ladies play a 5,050-yard course rated at 68.9 with a slope of 114.
