Located in the Northwest Region of the state, in Graham County. This area is known as "The High Plains". Morland is a comfortable western Kansas town with a population of 170. Krenzel Kottage is a single story stone home built in the early 1900's with an addition in the 1960's and completely refurbished as a private guest house by Troy and Robin (who live right next door) in 1997. It has 3 bedrooms, 1-1/2 baths (one remodeled in 2000), a large modern kitchen and an attached garage. It is fully furnished, equipped, and decorated vintage country style to accommodate up to 8 people with comfort in mind.
