Located on Davis Street, this museum has displays about astronomy, geology, botany, archaeology, anthropology and Daviess County history. Of special interest is a collection of live reptiles. Named in honor of an Owensboro native who served as governor and U.S. Senator, The Wendall H. Ford Government Education Center features exhibits that explain how government works. A children's exhibit area encourages hands-on participation.
