Bourbon House Seafood and Oyster Bar showcases New Orleans seafood and classic Creole dishes. It serves breakfast, lunch, brunch, and dinner. Crawfish cakes and eggs, grillades with stone ground grits, pancakes, oatmeal, and continental buffet are served for breakfast. Oysters Rockefeller, crab fingers, shrimp cocktail, crabmeat ravigote, soup du jour, grilled asparagus, house salad, eggs benedict, des allemands catfish, marinated grilled chicken, and shrimp creole are offered for brunch. The Oyster bar serves frozen bourbon milk punch, Abita Special Select (a seasonal, local brew available only in select locations) and spirited bourbon cocktails.
