August, the restaurant is situated in a historic property on the corner of Tchoupitoulas and Gravier Streets. It provides lunch, dinner, tasting menu and desserts. Specialties include Terrine of house smoked salmon with mango gazpacho, Tempura of Mike Robin’s buster crabs with Thai chili and ginger and Chilean sea bass with veal sweetbreads & celery. Fish, meat and vegetable dishes are served. Some of the wines provided are Chardonnay, White wines of Italy and American Pinot Noir. The restaurant's private dining room seats 100 people for banquet gatherings and accommodates 150 people for cocktail receptions.
